David A. Turnbull, MBA, CFA – President

David has extensive experience in the financial services industry specializing in structuring, pricing and raising capital for business acquisitions, expansion, management buyouts, leveraged buy-outs and corporate restructuring. He has acted as Chief Financial Officer for three early stage, high growth companies. Previously, David was with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, Scotia McLeod Inc. (now Scotia Capital Markets) and Richardson Greenshields of Canada Inc. (now Royal Bank Capital Markets). David holds a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Western Ontario and the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Financial Planner.
